Lipsi have several beautiful beaches, both sandy and pebbled, for every taste. You can find beaches of exotic beauty on the nearby islets, like Marathi and Aspronisi, with lovely bright-white pebbles and fantastic turquoise sea.
- Lientou (Κεντρικοί Lipsi): This is one of the most popular beaches of Lipsi as it is very close to Chora with easy access. It offers sand, clean shallow sea, ideal for families with little kids, and some tamarisks trees along the coast. In this area you will find shops, taverns and rooms to let. The beach is located next to the west side of the harbor, with a small peninsula separating the two bays.
- Kampos (Κεντρικοί Lipsi): A lovely unorganized beach with clear sea that is right after Lientou beach. It is narrow and relatively short with natural shade and easy access, with the road passing right in front of the beach, while above it lies a hotel.
- Christos - Elena (Κεντρικοί Lipsi): Quiet beaches located a bit after Lientou and Kampos beaches. They are not organized but they offer pebble and easy road access. Right next to the beach lies the church of Christ and a small hotel.
- Kimisi (Southwest Lipsi): A great beach with pebble and green-blue sea at the northwest side of the island with a south orientation. It is very peaceful with no tourist facilities and unfortunately without any natural shade. There is a road leading to the beach, but you will also have to climb down some stairs. Right above lies the Kimisi of Theotokou Monastery, after which the beach was named.
- Katsadia (Southeast Lipsi): A large stretch of sand on the south coast of the island. It gets large crowds as it offers calm clean sea, large trees, a snack bar and easy road access through the main road. In the next bay you can find more small pebbled beaches.
- Papandria (Southeast Lipsi): A bit southwest of Katsadia, sharing the same bay, lies this nice unorganized beach. It offers visitors sand with little pebble and a calm sea.
- Hohlakoura (Northeast Lipsi): A quiet pebbled beach, as its name suggests, with no amenities. There is no natural shade on the beach, while there is a short dirt road leading from the central road to the beach. Behind he rocks, on the right side of the beach, lies hidden a tiny beach with some shade thanks to the large rock cavity, resembling a cave. You will find it heading southwest, in walking distance from Tourkomnima.
- Platys Gialos (North Lipsi): A beautiful beach with golden sand and shallow turquoise sea, ideal for families with children. You will need an umbrella as there are very few tamarisks, but there is a small tavern. Do not be surprised if you turn around and see ducks swimming next to you. It is located on the north side of the island in a closed bay facing east, with an asphalt road leading straight to the beach.
- Kamares (East Lipsi): A secluded beach with large pebbles and rocks in the eastern part of the island, ideal for isolation and nudism. There are many trees for shade but they are a bit back, behind the stone wall. This area has an interesting morphology with smooth white rock formations on the beach side. It is not easy to get to since you have to cross a dirt road and then walk for a bit.
- Monodentri (East Lipsi): An impressive beach thanks to the large white pebbles and the turquoise sea. Monodentri got its name from the one and only tree standing at the edge of the beach. It is ideal from those seeking quiet and for nudists, and it is found at the eastern side of the island, a bit south of Kamares. You can reach it through a path that starts where the dirt road ends.
- Tourkomnima - Xirokampos (East Lipsi): Two peaceful beaches back to back and a small chapel with a light blue dome overseeing all three of them. On the east side, right under the chapel, there is another small pebbled beach hidden. Xirokampos is on the southeastern edge of the island and it has pebble but no trees for shade. It is best to carry and umbrella and some water, because there are no shops around. A road in good condition leads to these beaches, but its last part has no asphalt.
