Poros Archaeological Museum


Located in Poros Town and housed in a neoclassical building, this small yet interesting museum showcases artifacts mainly from the ancient city of Trizina. Visitors can admire ancient pottery, statues, and archaeological finds. Entrance fee is 3 euro.

Poros Folklore Collection


It is located in the heart of Poros town and hosted in the impressive Syggrou Building. It includes an interesting collection of household utensils, tools of rural life, household furniture, loom, embroidery, textiles, all kinds of handicrafts, costumes and more. The collection is an initiative of the Cultural Association of Women of Poros "Poriotissa" and it is open daily between 19:30-22:00.

Zoodochos Pigi Monastery


Situated on a verdant hillside overlooking Poros Town, this monastery is a serene and peaceful place to visit. It features beautiful frescoes and offers panoramic views of the island.

Poseidon Sanctuary


Located in the center of Poros island, this archaeological site is where the Temple of Poseidon Kalavreatis used to be. Nowadays there are only ruins but visitors can also admire the stunning views of the Saronic Gulf. Entrance is free.

Nemo Semi-Submarine


In Poros, both children and older children can experience a unique experience: the ride on a submarine. In fact, it is a semi-submersible since it does not completely submerge, but only the lower part, which through the large windows gives the feeling of a real dive while watching the sea bottom. The semi-submarine Nemo starts from the port of Poros going along the coast and ends there again, in a journey of about half an hour. Routes run daily (except Wednesday) from 10:00 to 22:00.

Seashell Exhibition


The permanent exhibition "Shells & Sea", unique of its kind in Greece, is housed on the ground floor of the Hatzopouleio Municipal Library, on 28th October Street (1st parallel to the main road). The exhibits include Greek and foreign shells from the collection of Georgiou and Helgas Kanellakis, while the exhibition is enriched with photographs, fossils, minerals and also archaeological finds from the Aegean region. Because the exhibition does not operate at specific times, before visiting it contact the Mayor's office on 22983 20512.
