It is housed inside one of the windmills, the Boni Windmill, build in the 16th century B.C., which happens to be one of the most photographed historical monuments of Mykonos. Actually the museum is not confined inside the windmill, but is rather an entire outdoor area of two acres. You can see a collection of farm tools, a well, a traditional oven, a basin used to wash the clothes, a threshing platform, a wine-press platform, etc.
