This is the most famous of Lefkada while it has also been awarded best beach of Greece often taking the leading role in tourist campaigns. The thin strip of white land under the shadow of the imposing vertical rock combined with the fantastic deep blue water create an irresistible scenery to the tourist. To reach the beach you will have to climb down about 100 stairs starting from the parking lot, after first shooting plenty of pictures. The beach is separated in two parts by some rocks and it is located at the southwest part of Lefkada with easy access by car or by boat from Nydri or Vasiliki.
