Two nice neighboring beaches with easy access that get rather crowded. Both beaches are organized with umbrellas, sunbeds and beach bars, while Megalo Fanaraki also has a tavern. Megalo Fanaraki is longer (200 meters) facing west while Mikro Fanaraki faces north, so you can move from one to the other depending on the wind direction. They are located at the south part of Lemnos on Moudros bay where the sea is usually calm. At the edge of Mikro Fanaraki beach is the Seal Cave. Down the road there are two equally beautiful but quieter beaches, Havouli and Sagrida.
