One of the most famous beaches of the island and for good reason, as it has thin golden sand and shallow turquoise water. The largest part of the beach is organized with umbrellas and sunbeds, while it is favored mostly by young people because of its bars, cafeterias and water sports. The beach is long and wide, and it is surrounded by tall hills rich with vegetation where some large hotel units have also grown. Glyfada is not protected from the wind but there is a parking space belonging to the municipality where you can park your car for 2 euro. In this area there is also the Aqualand waterpark for our young friends.
