Aetos beach is at the center of Ithaca, at its east side, a few kilometers north of Vathy and its sand stretches for quiet a distance. At the same height of Ithaca but from the west side lies the Piso Aetos beach, with great view to Antisamos of Kefalonia island. The beach is surrounded by bald mountains while here you can find the small harbor where you can travel to the near by islands, Kefalonia and Lefkada.
