There are ruins of towers from the Hellenistic ages all over Kea, the most important and best preserved of which is found at the Agia Marina village and it is worth visiting as it is one of the most important monuments of Kea. The tower has four floors and can be seen from a distance thanks to its redish color. It also has a well while an underground tunnel connected it with a spring 200 meters away.
