An impressive 17th century Byzantine monastery that is only 20 minutes away from Chania town. It is a beautiful monastery that also includes several minor atractions, like the impressive relic exhibition, a winery and an olive oil museum. There is also a shop selling local products like honey and a large variety of wine produced by the monks. The monastery is open daily 9:00-17:00.
